Biography
Chris Williams is a science editor, musician, writer, photographer, husband, father, and now blogger. He works as communications director for the Columbia University Initiative in Systems Biology, and makes sound as one half of The Glass Bees. In past lives, he has written, edited, and helped lead redesigns for the websites of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and The New York Academy of Sciences, edited features for Edge.org, volunteered at the Studiotheater Stuttgart, played drums as one of The Sick Passengers, completed an MA in English at the University of Colorado, and spent a week riding a bicycle across the state of Iowa with 15,000 close friends as part of RAGBRAI.
